Integrations

Make your HR world feel connected.

Connect Elevator by Superset with the tools your teams already use. With 25 enterprise connectors, your hiring process can share the right information while each system keeps a clear role.

HRIS

Keep your HRIS at the centre.

Bring requisitions, positions and organisational data from Workday into Elevator. Return verified hires as pre-hires, with field mapping, a transfer preview and the HRIS approval process intact.

What’s included
  • Bidirectional sync every four hours, with field mapping, a sync log and an error queue
  • Job-family and location lookups, so a requisition uses Workday’s vocabulary, not a copy of it
  • When Workday owns requisition creation, requisitions are read-only in Elevator except status write-back

Directory

Connect the tools your team relies on.

  • Google Workspace

The calendar owns availability and the invite. Elevator owns the interview plan and the panel roster.

Sourcing and job boards

  • LinkedIn Recruiter (Recruiter System Connect)

The board owns the posting surface. Elevator owns the requisition every posting hangs off and the source recorded on each candidate.

  • IDfy

The vendor owns the check. Elevator owns the gate: joining stays blocked until every check on the offer clears.

E-signature

  • DocuSign
  • Adobe Acrobat Sign
  • Leegality

The e-signature service owns the signing ceremony. Elevator owns the offer letter, its versions and its approval chain.

Identity and access

  • Okta
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • SCIM 2.0 provisioning

The identity provider owns who a user is and which group they are in. Elevator owns what each role can do.

Assessments

  • 30+ assessment providers

The provider owns the test. Elevator owns the stage it sits in, the score threshold rule and what happens next.

A system named on this page describes an available connector, not a partnership or an endorsement by that vendor. Product names belong to their respective owners.

Onboarding

Set up the connection around your business.

Work with the implementation team to agree field mapping, data ownership and configuration before syncing. Review your systems together and plan how information should move through the hiring process.

What’s included
  • Field mapping, sync direction and ownership agreed per connector
  • Sync log and error queue visible to your administrator from day one
  • Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning configured before the first user logs in

API

Connect the tools that make you different.

Enterprise API access and custom integrations support systems outside the standard catalogue. Agree what each system owns and how recruiting data will flow into your wider business tools.

Integrations, answered

Does Elevator integrate with Workday?
Yes. Workday HCM is Elevator’s flagship HRIS connector. Requisitions, positions, cost centres and supervisory organisations flow into Elevator, accepted hires flow back to Workday as pre-hires, and the sync runs every four hours in both directions. The connector includes field mapping, a sync log, an error queue and job-family and location lookups, and Workday remains the system of record throughout.
What is an HRIS integration?
An HRIS integration is a connection between recruiting software and the human resources information system that holds an organisation’s positions, workers and org structure. In Elevator the HRIS sends requisitions and positions in, receives accepted hires back as pre-hires with a payload preview, and returns the employee ID to close the loop. Elevator never edits an existing worker, and the HRIS’s own approval chain still runs.
Does Elevator have an API?
Yes. API access is available to enterprise customers for custom integrations with systems that do not have a standard connector, and for pulling recruiting data into their own tools. The scope of API access is agreed during onboarding alongside the standard connectors.
How is SSO set up?
Single sign-on is configured during onboarding against your identity provider over SAML 2.0 or OIDC, and can be enforced tenant-wide. Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace are supported directly, as is any compliant identity provider. SCIM 2.0 provisioning maps each of Elevator’s seven roles to a directory group, so joiners and leavers are handled where your identity team already handles them.
Can we add a connector that is not listed?
Often, yes. Connectors are configured during onboarding rather than shipped as product releases, so a system outside the current 25 is a conversation with the onboarding team about what it owns and what should flow in each direction. Where a standard connector is not the right fit, enterprise API access supports a custom integration.
Which video platforms do interviews run on?
Interviews run on Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet through their connectors, and live coding rounds run in Elevator’s built-in collaborative editor with video. The recording and transcript stay on the video platform; Elevator links a reference to the scorecard rather than storing the media.
Does a mention here mean a partnership?
No. A system named on this page describes an available connector, not a partnership or an endorsement by that vendor. Product names belong to their respective owners.
