Elevator for enterprises

Your hiring standards, across the business.

Bring your hiring teams together around shared standards, with room for each role and business unit. Elevator by Superset connects AI-assisted evaluation with approvals, permissions and the HR systems your enterprise relies on.

What enterprises need

Consistency across a complex business.

Connect your policies, people and systems without losing sight of the needs of individual hiring teams.

  • Governance your teams can follow

Put headcount, hiring decisions and compensation approvals on a clear path, with named owners at each step.

  • Access that fits each responsibility

Give recruiting, finance and hiring teams the records they need, with permissions connected to your company directory.

  • A connected HR environment

Bring recruiting into your existing HR systems, with clear data ownership and a history your team can review.

  • SSO via SAML 2.0 and OIDC, enforceable tenant-wide; SCIM 2.0 provisioning; MFA

Security and trust

Integrations

Connect recruiting to your HR systems.

Bring approved requisitions and organisational context into Elevator, then return verified hires to your HRIS. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle Fusion HCM connectors support a connected process with clear data ownership.

What’s included
  • 25 connectors in eight categories: HRIS, calendar, video, job boards, verification, e-signature, identity, assessments
  • When the HRIS owns requisition creation, requisitions are read-only in Elevator except status write-back
  • HRIS handoff with a payload preview showing where each field was joined from

Review changes, approvals and support access through a detailed audit trail. SOC 2 attestation, ISO 27001 certification and documented security controls support your procurement and security review.

Enterprise hiring, answered

What is an enterprise ATS?
An enterprise applicant tracking system is hiring software built for large organisations, where approvals, access control, audit and integration with the HR system of record matter as much as tracking candidates. Elevator by Superset adds those controls on top of the pipeline: named approval chains with SLAs, role-based access across seven roles and 43 capabilities, an append-only audit log and connectors to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle Fusion HCM.
How does Elevator enforce approvals?
Every requisition carries a multi-level approval chain with a named approver, a role, a state and an SLA in days per step, and nothing posts until the chain clears. Two further gates follow: no offer without a committee decision on the record, and an offer outside the requisition’s band adds a compensation-committee approver automatically before final signature. Each approval lands in the audit log with the actor and timestamp.
How is access controlled?
Elevator uses role-based access across seven roles and 43 capabilities, each set to full, scoped or none. Scoping is enforced at the query level, so a hiring manager sees their own requisitions in full, including compensation, and nothing on anyone else’s. Roles map to directory groups, with SSO via SAML 2.0 or OIDC and SCIM 2.0 provisioning.
Does Elevator replace Workday or SuccessFactors?
No. Elevator is the talent-acquisition layer and the HRIS stays the system of record for positions and workers. Requisitions, positions, cost centres and supervisory orgs flow in from Workday; accepted hires flow back as pre-hires with a payload preview, and the HRIS’s own approval chain still runs. Elevator never edits an existing worker.
What certifications and security controls does Elevator hold?
Elevator is SOC 2 attested, ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, and aligned with India’s DPDP Act 2023. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with managed key rotation, hosted on AWS, with data residency documented in the security pack. A third-party VAPT runs half-yearly with a re-test, and support access is break-glass, time-boxed and ticket-linked.
Can Elevator handle hiring in more than one country or currency?
Compensation bands are multi-currency, with INR and AED supported today, and Superset has sales and support teams in India and the United Arab Emirates. Requisitions carry a legal entity and cost centre so each opening is attributed correctly. The sub-processor register is derived from the systems you connect, so it reflects your actual footprint.
